Claudia Olson, M.Ac, L.Ac, has a Masters of Acupuncture from Tai Sophia Institute, the first accredited school of acupuncture in the United States, and is licensed to practice acupuncture in Maryland. In addition, she has a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the National University of Ireland.Claudia has also been practicing Tai Chi for over 26 years and teaches to those in addicition recovery at the
CHI site at Penn North in Baltimore.For over 28 years Claudia has been an avid knitter and sees the benefits that both acupuncture and Tai Chi can bring to all knitters. She believes that knitting can also greatly benefit all those who wish to slow down in this hectic world. Claudia runs a Tai Chi/Yoga/Knitting retreat in the mountains of Maryland near Harpers Ferry several times a year. Beginning level Tai Chi and Yoga classes are offered during a weekend of relaxed knitting, resting and rejuvinating. It is open to all levels of players and knitters.
